“What makes a successful IT Project Manager”
This workshop will be delivered by Trish Torizzo, Vice President of Program Delivery at National Grid. Attendees will hear exactly what skill sets they need to achieve success in a Project Manager role as well as “Do’s & Don’t” based on years of experience.
For 25 years, Trish has lead IT initiatives for global organizations such as Siemens, Accenture, Boston Scientific, and now at National Grid. In her most recently role, she was the Program Office Leader – Global Business Transformation and Restructuring:
- Led Finance Transformation to re-engineer processes, implement standardized systems and transition Accounts Payable/Receivables, General Ledger, Customer To Cash and Procure to Pay work to centralized captive and offshore locations.
- Led Program Office for cross functional transformation and centralization initiative spanning IT, Legal, Quality, R&D and Clinical.
