About the event:
In 2016, we started a conversation about the community of Latinx folks in the Boston tech scene. We are ready for our next Latinos in Tech gathering, and we’d love for you to join us.
Join us on Tuesday April 3rd, at HubSpot in Cambridge for a panel discussion and networking. Meet other members of the Latino community in Boston that work in the tech industry, and learn what you need to succeed as a Latinx professional here.
The focus of this panel will be “Getting into tech: do I have the right education?” We will feature four Latinx speakers with a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds. The panel will be moderated by Reinier Moquete, founder and CEO of Advoqt Technology Group, founder of Diversity IT Network, and co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the Latino STEM Alliance.
We wil be joined by the following panelists:
- Max Faingezicht: CTO at ThriveHive – BS in Electronic Engineering and MBA from MIT Sloan
- Armandina Cueva: Global Marketing Operations at Netflix – BA in Science in Communications
- Iris Guerra: Director of Acquisition Marketing at CarGurus – BA in Economics and MBA from HBS
